Rachelle Lefevre
Rachelle Lefevre, a Canadian actress, was born. The first time Lefevre was cast in a role occurred while she was working at a restaurant. The restaurant's Canadian film director came across her as Lefevre was waiting tables. The actress later relocated towards Los Angeles where she earned a part on the film What About Brian (2006). Lefevre was as a teenager, working in the same Montreal restaurant that served sushi, heard of her aspirations to become an actor. So she approached one of the casting directors. It eventually led to her the role she played on an upcoming Canadian sitcom. Her appearances on David E. Kelley's Boston Legal (2003) led her to play the lead role in David E. Kelley's 2008 U.S. version of BBC success Life on Mars (2009). Lefevre was brought up by her parents in Montreal by her father's French family, though she learned to speak mostly English. Her biggest movie role to date in Catherine Hardwicke's adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight. This is the first novel in a well-known series of teen vampire novels.
