Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is a American writer, singer and actress most famous for her role as Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. In the 1950s, she began her career as an actress on stage with Bettle Davis' musical Two's Company. Thereafter she acted in numerous Broadway productions, before becoming big on the national theatre scene with Li'l Abner's in 1957. Her album, It's too late for Tina the following year. Louise was first seen on the screen in Hollywood as God's Little Acre which was a dramatic that was released in the year 1958. She performed the role of Griselda, a character in the movie. In this time she attended the Actors Studio of New York. Lee Strasberg was her tutor. She signed on with CBS in 1964, to play Ginger Grant. Louise kept juggling her career effectively in between Broadway television and Hollywood acting in somber roles against her perceived image of being a glamorous doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1, and Helen Magnus on Sanctuary. Recently, she's also become a popular director for well-known TV series like Supernatural and The 100. Her birthplace was in Essex on the 28th of August on the 28th of August, 1965. Her family later moved to Toronto to spend her youth. Samantha Carter settled in Vancouver and Canada, following her decision for the lead role.
